Donald Hodge (born February 25, 1969, in Washington, D.C.) was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in the second round of the 1991 NBA draft.
Hodge, a McDonald's All-American coming out of Calvin Coolidge Hhigh School in Washington D.C., played his college basketball at Temple University. His junior season, Temple won the Atlantic Ten championship as Hodge averaged 15.1 points per game in 31 games.
The Mavericks drafted Hodge in the second round of the '91 draft. Hodge played just over four seasons in Dallas with his best numbers coming his first season in the league when he averaged 8.4 ppg and 5.4 ppg in 51 appearances.
His entire career was spent with Dallas except for a short two-game stint with Charlotte in his final season. Hodge's NBA career ended in 1996 but his final professional appearance was with Power Wevelgem of the Belgium Professional League where he played one game. |
