How To Use MavsWiki

This Day In Mavericks History

  • 1985 Alex English (Den) had 40 points, the 21st time a Mavs opponent had 40+ points and the second of two times English had 40+ points against Dallas.
  • 2000 Named Derek Harper Vice President of Business Relations for the team.
  • 2006 Activated Devin Harris and placed Josh Powell on IL. Harris had missed three days (one game) with a strained right shoulder. Powell was activated 10 days (five games) later.
  • 2008 Dirk Nowitzki was selected as a reserve by the Western Conference coaches for the All-Star game to take place on February 17, 2008.
