This Day In Mavericks History

  • 2003 Dirk Nowitzki was selected to the All-NBA 2nd team and Steve Nash was selected to the All-NBA 3rd team. Nowitzki received 360 points (most on the 2nd team) and Nash received 85 points.
  • 2010 Dirk Nowitzki was named All-NBA Second Team. It was the tenth consecutive season Nowitzki was named All-NBA.
  • 2011 The Mavericks came from down seven in the fourth quarter to defeat the Los Angeles Lakers 98-92 to take a 3-0 lead in the Western Conference Semifinals.
