  • Mavericks Sign Guard Kyle Collinsworth - After competing for the Mavs' 2016 Las Vegas Summer League team, the team has signed former BYU standout Kyle Collinsworth with an invitation to training camp.

  • 2000 Signed 1st round draft pick Donnell Harvey to a three-year, $2,781,960 contract with a fourth year worth $1,631,906 at the team's option.
  • 2002 Re-signed Eduardo Najera to a six-year, $24 million contract with a player opt-out after the fifth year.
  • 2003 Promoted Larry Riley to full time assistant coach. Riley replaced Sidney Moncrief as an assistant coach (Moncrief had left about a month prior).
  • 2004 Cleveland signed Dallas free agent Scott Williams. Williams played the previous season with Dallas, but Dallas did not plan on re-signing him.
  • 2009 Signed free agent center Jake Voskuhl.
