Mavericks Announce 2014-2015 Broadcast Schedule

DALLAS -- The Dallas Mavericks announced their 2014-2015 preseason and regular season television schedule today. A total of 78 games will be carried locally on either FOX Sports Southwest or TXA-21.

FOX Sports Southwest will air a total of 72 Mavericks games starting with the home opener against the UTAH Jazz on Thursday, October 30. All 72 games can be seen in high definition on FSSW-HD.

TXA-21 will carry six games this season including at Houston (November 22), vs. San Antonio (December 20), at Phoenix (December 23), vs. Memphis (January 27), vs. Phoenix (April 8) and at Utah (April 13).

The remaining four games will be broadcast exclusively on TNT.

All of the regular season games can be heard on ESPN 103.3 FM and in Spanish on ESPN Deportes (1540 AM).

Mark Followill returns for his 14th season with the Mavericks and the 10th season as television play-by-play announcer for all telecasts. Former Mavericks great Derek Harper is back for his fourth full season on the telecast as the team's color commentator while Jeff (Skin) Wade enters his sixth season as the courtside analyst.

Now in his 10th season as the play-by-play voice of the Mavericks on ESPN 103.3 FM is Chuck Cooperstein. Cooperstein has been a regular on the Dallas/Fort Worth sports scene since 1984 and has been an anchor on ESPN 103.3 FM since the station's inception in 2001. He will be joined again by former Dallas guard Brad Davis, one of two Mavericks to have his jersey retired. Victor Villalba is back to call the action for the Mavericks Spanish broadcasts on ESPN Deports 1540 AM.
