Mavericks Announce 2014 Preseason Schedule

DALLAS -- The Dallas Mavericks announced their 2014 preseason schedule today which tips off against Southwest Division foe Houston on Tuesday, October 7 at 7:30PM at the American Airlines Center.

Dallas begins the 2014 exhibition season with three consecutive home games. Following their matchup with the rockets on October 7, the Mavericks will then face the Oklahoma City Thunder at home on October 10 and the Indiana Pacers at the American Airlines Center on October 12.

The Mavericks' first preseason road contest in 2014 will come against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers on October 17. The Mavericks will then face the Pacers for a second time (in Indiana on October 18), before returning to the American Airlines Center for their final preseason home game against the Memphis Grizzlies on October 20.

Dallas concludes its eight-game exhibition season on the road with games at New Orleans (played in Shreveport, Louisiana) on October and at Orlando on October 24.

All of the preseason games can be heard on ESPN 103.3 FM and in Spanish on ESPN Deportes (1540 AM). TXA 21 will broadcast the game versus Houston on October 7, the game against Oklahoma City on October 10 and the game at Cleveland on October 15. Fox Sports Southwest will televise the meeting with Memphis on October 20.
